Flowspdf is a browser-based PDF tool that combines, numbers, stamps, and converts your documents. Our core promise is simple: your PDFs never leave your device. All file processing happens locally in your browser.

This policy explains what we collect, what we don't, and how we use it. We keep it short on purpose.

Information we collect

We collect a small amount of information, only when it's needed:

• Account data — when you create an account we store your email address and a password hash so you can save and reuse recipes.
• Billing data — when you subscribe, our payment provider (Polar) processes and stores your payment details. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data — aggregated, anonymous analytics that help us understand which features are used, so we can improve the product.

Your documents

Files you open, finish, or convert are processed entirely in your browser using local libraries. There is no upload step, and we never receive a copy of your documents.

Because nothing is uploaded, we cannot recover, inspect, or share your files. They are yours alone.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and local storage for essential functions: keeping you signed in, and remembering your language and theme preferences. We may also use anonymous analytics cookies.

Third-party services

To run accounts and billing we rely on trusted providers. They process data under their own privacy policies and data-processing agreements.

• Supabase — authentication and recipe storage.
• Polar — subscription billing.

Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time, which removes your stored recipes and account data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us and we'll respond promptly.

Children

Flowspdf is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and post the new version here. Material changes will be communicated where required.
