By accessing or using Flowspdf, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Flowspdf is a browser-based tool for combining, numbering, stamping, and converting PDF documents. Processing happens on your device; we do not host, store, or transmit your files.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Subscriptions and billing

Pro features require a paid subscription, billed through our payment provider, Polar. Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your account.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Flowspdf to:

• Process unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Access the service in a way not intended by its design.

Your files

You retain all rights to the files you process. Because processing happens locally in your browser, we have no access to your files and cannot inspect or recover them.

Intellectual property

The Flowspdf name, branding, and software remain our property. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service, not ownership of it.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowspdf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that breach these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Flowspdf operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
