14-day money-back guarantee
New subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment, no questions asked.
Renewals
Renewal charges can be refunded if requested within 14 days of the renewal date. To avoid being charged, cancel your subscription before it renews.
How to request a refund
Email support@flowspdf.com with the address you used to subscribe. We'll process approved requests within 5 business days.
Non-refundable items
One-time purchases and add-ons are non-refundable except where required by law.
Processing time
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
